The petitioner is defendant in the said suit. On 18.7.2018, the case was adjourned on the application of the plaintiffs fixing 9.8.2019 for cross-examination of P.W.-3.
Having regard to the fact that the suit is pending since the year 1991, the instant petition is disposed of with direction to the trial court to ensure that it is decided expeditiously, by fixing short dates and without granting unnecessary adjournments to the parties.
