It is alleged that the petitioner's husband late Ghamandi Singh Yadav was employed in Nagar Panchayat, Dildar Nagar, District Ghazipur and has died during the course of employment on 28.12.2017. It is alleged that part of the terminal benefits which were due to the late father of the petitioner have been released but substantial amount still remains payable. Submission is that the amount of leave encashment, group insurance and arrears of salary consequent upon introduction of 7th Pay Commission Report still remains pending. In that regard, petitioner has also approached the authority concerned but since no consideration is made on the claim of the petitioner, petitioner is before this Court.
Sri A.K. Malviya, learned counsel appearing for the respondent nos. 3 & 4 submits that the petitioner's grievance can be examined by the authority concerned, in accordance with law.
Considering the facts and circumstances, noticed above, this petition stands disposed of with a direction upon respondent no.3 to accord consideration to petitioner's claim by passing a reasoned order, within a period of three months from the date of presentation of certified copy of this order. All benefits which are found due and payable shall be released to the petitioner within a further period of six weeks, thereafter.
