Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri Piyush Shukla, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the State respondents.
Learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel representing the third respondent states that subject to verification of all facts and contentions on merits being kept open, the claim of the petitioner for promotion from the post of Health Worker to that of Health Supervisor, shall be duly attended to and a final decision in respect thereof communicated to the petitioners by the said respondent with expedition and preferably within a period of four months from the date of presentation of a duly authenticated copy of this order alongwith a copy of the writ petition and its enclosures.
Accordingly and without going into the merits or otherwise of the claim of the petitioner, this petition shall stand disposed of in light of the statement, which is noted and recorded above.
