The Commissioner, Varanasi Division, Varanasi has rejected the appeal as having become infructuous as the order of exterment dated 10 April 2015 passed by the Additional District Magistrate, Ghazipur was to operate only for six months.
The Court finds no error in the view taken by the appellate authority. The petition lacks merit and is accordingly dismissed.
