. Respondent Petition under Sections 437 & 439 of Cr.P.C., praying that in the circumstances stated in the petition and the grounds filed herein, the High Court may be pleased to graciously enlarge the petitioner on bail in crime No. 60/2014 of P.S. Wardannapet, Dist, Warangal.
The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the petition and the grounds filed herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri Md. Farooq Ali, Advocate for the Petitioner and of the Public Prosecutor for the Respondent, the Court made the following.
ORDER:
“The petitioner is A1. He seeks for grant of bail. He allegedly committed offences under Sections 366 (a), 509, 109 and 376 IPC.
The case of the prosecution is that A1 forcibly took away the victim, married her, had rapped her and left the victim thereafter.
The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner and the victim loved each other and they entered into marriage voluntarily. In view of the defence and in view of the fact that the petitioner is a student, I consider it appropriate to enlarge the petitioner on bail.
Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is allowed. The petitioner is enlarged on bail on a personal bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties in a likesum to the satisfaction of the learned VII Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Warangal.”
