Supplementary affidavit filed today is taken on record.
This writ petition has been filed for issuance of a direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents to pay gratuity and other retiral benefits to the petitioner along with interest.
It is contended that the petitioner retired on 31.8.2017 from the post of Junior Branch Manager but till date his gratuity and insurance amount has not been paid to him. The petitioner has filed repeated representations which have not been heeded till date.
Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Respondent No.2 to look into the grievance of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders with regard to payments, if any, due to the petitioner within a period of four months from today.
In case if any payments are due to the petitioner and found admissible, the respondent No.2 shall ensure payment to be made to the petitioner within the aforesaid period also.
