THIS WRIT PETITION COMING ON FOR ORDERS THIS DAY, THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:
O R D E R This writ petition is directed against the notice dated 4.4.2013 issued by the District Magistrate, Hassan directing the petitioner to appear and to explain why order of externment be passed against him directing him to reside to leave out of Hassan District and to be in Bidar/Gulbarga District during the Assembly Election, 2013 which is conducted in the month of May 2013.
2. The learned AGA appearing for the respondents submits that the order of externment was passed against the petitioner only during Assembly Election, 2013 which is conducted in the month of May 2013. Hence, this petition does not survive for consideration.
3. Submission of the learned AGA is placed on record.
4. The petitioner has the benefit of the interim order granted by this Court on 25.4.2013.
5. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
