Considering the dispute between the parties and also with the consent of the learned advocate for both the sides, this matter is being referred to the Gujarat High Court Mediation Center. The parties shall present themselves firstly before the Center on 13th February 2012 and then shall remain present on the date as may be fixed by the Coordinator of the Center and cooperate in the mediation proceedings. The Coordinator shall report outcome of the matter to this Court after four weeks.

Till then, the matter is adjourned to 13th March 2012.
