This Criminal Petition is filed to quash FIR in Crime No. 17 of 2012 of Attili Police Station, West Godavari district, for offences under section 498-A, 406, 403 read with section 34 IPC.

3. Learned Public Prosecutor submitted that as per letter received from Station House Officer, Attili Police Station, dated 27/6/2014, this case has been referred as ‘false’ after due investigation.
