JUDGMENT / ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed against the rejection of the plaint even before numbering the same on the grounds of valuation of the property.
2. According to the revision petitioner, the subject matter of the suit is falling within the purview of the Munsif Court. Whereas, the Munsif Court has rejected the plaint on the grounds of pecuniary jurisdiction even before numbering the plaint.
