O R D E R After arguing for sometime, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has preferred this petition only because of the reason that he has been given liberty to move a fresh bail application after obtaining the DNA test report. Now DNA test report has come from the concerned department. Further, he submits that he is not going to press this petition and hence, the same may be dismissed as withdrawn.
The above submission is placed on record and to that effect, he has filed a memo. The said memo is taken on record.
Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
