Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned A.G.A. for the State, Sri Omvir Singh Rajpoot learned counsel for the respondent no.3 and perused the record.
By means of the present petition, the petitioners are seeking quashing of the first information report dated 23.08.2021 registered as Case Crime No.502 of 2021, under Sections 323, 504, 307, 506 I.P.C., P.S.- Bannadevi, District- Aligarh.
Placing the first information report, it is argued by the learned counsel for the petitioners that no injuries have been caused to any of the person of the complainant party. Moreover, the petitioners herein and the complainant are related to each other.
From a perusal of the avernment of the first information report, it cannot be said that it does not disclose the commission of the cognizable offence. Any interference at this stage may impede the speedy investigation.
