The petitioner has filed a memo for converting the Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India to an appeal under Order 43 Rule 1 (Q) of the Civil Procedure Code.

2. In view of the memo filed by the learned senior counsel for the petitioners, Registry is directed to convert the Civil Revision Petition into Civil Miscellaneous Appeal and list the matter before the concerned Hon'ble Judge for admission.
3. With the above, the Civil Revision Petition is closed. No costs.
Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
