(PER : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE D.H.WAGHELA) Learned counsel Mr.N.K.Majmudar submitted that in spite of his instructions and promise, respondent No.1 is not today personally present, while his presence was absolutely necessary either for proceeding with the matter or settling all the disputes with other respondents. Therefore, at his request, bailable warrant in the sum of rupees ten thousand is ordered to be issued to respondent No.1 so as to secure his presence on the next date of hearing, which is fixed on 28.12.2012.
Learned AGP, who is present in the Court, is requested to see that the warrant ordered to be issued is properly executed in time.
