1. Ms.Archana Acharya, learned counsel, states that she has telephonic instructions to appear for respondent No.3. Ms.Acharya states that even though the endorsement on the record shows that respondent No.3 has refused, in fact, the notice as well as copy of petition is not served upon the respondent No.3 as she does not reside at the address, which is mentioned in the memo of petition.

2. Ms.Acharya shall file Vakalatnama on behalf of respondent No.3 on or before 15th October, 2012. Mr.Solanki, learned counsel for the petitioner, shall serve copy of paper-book to Ms.Acharya latest by 16th October, 2012. The matter is adjourned to 23rd October, 2012.
