Learned counsel Mr.Vikram Thakore for the applicant states that the respondent No.1 has died on 26.3.2011 and therefore substitution application has been filed for brining the heirs of respondent No.1 on the record. Learned AGP Mr.N.J.Shah does not oppose the delay in filing the substitution application and, therefore, delay in filing the substitution application is condoned and civil application for bringing the heirs of legal representatives of respondent No.1 is allowed. Learned counsel for the applicant shall carry out the amendment within two weeks. Civil Application accordingly stands disposed of.
