JUDGMENT / ORDER

Learned counsel for the respondent has received the instruction.
On the basis of the instruction, he submits that one of the qualifications for the post of the Assistant Teacher Mathematics/Science is graduation either in Mathematics or Science. In the case of the petitioner, he has done B.Tech. Therefore, in graduation, the Science and Mathematics is not a subject. On the said ground he has been found ineligible.
Put up this case on 02.03.2016 in the additional cause list.
