THIS PETITION COMING ON FOR ORDERS, THIS DAY, THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:-
ORDER Sri.Christopher Noel.A, learned counsel for the petitioner.
Sri.V.Shivareddy, learned High Court Government Pleader for respondent.
Taking into account the order which this Court proposes to pass, it is not necessary to issue notice to the respondents.
2. In this petition, the petitioner inter alia seeks for a writ of mandamus directing the respondent No.2 to consider and decide the representations dated 20.10.2016 and 08.01.2017 in accordance with law.
3. When the matter was taken up today, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that writ petition be disposed of with a direction to the respondent No.2 to consider and decide the representations of the petitioner by a speaking order in accordance with law within a fixed time limit.
4. In view of the submissions made and in view of the facts of the case, writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent No.2 to consider and decide the representations dated 20.10.2016 and 08.01.2017 submitted by the petitioner by a speaking order within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of the order passed today.
It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits and claims of the parties.
