ORDER Kum. Priyom Veda, learned counsel on behalf of Sri Ajit Kalyan, learned counsel for the petitioners.
Smt. Prathima Honnapura, learned Additional Government Advocate for the respondents.
In these petitions, the petitioners inter allia seek for a writ of mandamus directing respondent No.2 to consider the representations submitted by the petitioners dated 28.07.2018 (Annexures-D1, D6 to D.10, D14), 29.07.2018 (Annexures-D2, D4, D16) 25.07.2018 (Annexures-D3, D13) 30.07.2018 (Annexures-D5, D15), 27.07.2018 (Annexure-D11) and 26.07.2018 (Annexure-D12) in accordance with law.
2. When the matters were taken up today, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the writ petitions be disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 to decide the representations submitted by them by a speaking order.
3. After hearing the learned counsel for the petitioners and in the facts of the case, writ petitions are disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 – Commissioner, Karnataka Housing Board, Bengaluru, to consider and decide the representations submitted by the petitioners by a speaking order within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of the order passed today. It is made clear that that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case of the petitioners.
Accordingly, writ petitions are disposed of.
