The jail authority is directed to give necessary instruction to the applicant for preferring application for parole before the District Magistrate, Kutch-Bhuj. If such application will be preferred by the applicant, then the District Magistrate, Kutch-Bhuj is directed to dispose of the said application as early as possible, preferably within seven days from the date of receipt of the application, as the marriage is fixed on 11.2.2012. With the above direction, this application is disposed of.
