(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE AKIL KURESHI) Learned AGP filed affidavit on behalf of respondent no.1 dated 10.4.2012. On the strength of such affidavit, learned AGP stated that all payments due to the applicant have been made. Along with affidavit, respondents have also produced the calculation for ascertaining the payable arrears as well as the proof of actual payment.
Learned counsel for the applicant graciously stated that respondents having complied with order of this Court, contempt would not survive.
In view of above development, present application is disposed of. Notice is discharged.
