1. Pursuant to order dated 30.11.2012, whereby the Registry was directed to place the note filed by the learned Senior Advocate, Mr.K.J.Shethna for withdrawal of his appearance. The Registry has placed the note filed by Mr.Shethna before this Court.
in mentioning the number of the Criminal Appeal in the note, there was some difficulty in placing the note before the Court.
2. The note filed by learned Senior Advocate, Mr.K.J.Shethna is granted and he is permitted to withdraw his appearance.
2.2 Learned APP, Mr.Patel to bring this fact to the notice of the learned Government Pleader, who, in turn, may bring it to the notice of the Legal Department of Government of Gujarat for taking necessary action in the matter.
3. A copy of this order be made available to learned APP for its onward communication for compliance.
