Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A.
This petition has been filed by the petitioner Mala Nishad with a prayer that a suitable direction may be issued to the authority concerned for ensuring the fair investigation and to taken the action in case crime No. 49 of 2013, under sections 498-A, 323, 504 IPC and section 3/4 D.P. Act, P.S. Mahila Thana, District Ambedkar Nagar.
From the perusal of the record it appears that the petitioner is first informant of the above mentioned case, it is directed that in case she is having any grievance with regard to the fair investigation, the same may be raised before S.P. Ambedkar Nagar who shall look into the matter and shall ensure the fair investigation of the above mentioned case.
With this direction, this petition is finally disposed of.
