Learned advocate for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has shown readiness and willingness to resign from the Taluka Panchayat, Anand. He also submitted that the petitioner will place on record the resignation and the decision of the Taluka Panchayat, Anand allowing her to resign from the Taluka Panchayat, Anand. Learned advocate for the petitioner also submitted that the petitioner will place the said details by way of amendment and for the said purpose, time may be granted to the petitioner.
