JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petition is filed by the petitioners invoking Articles 16 and 311 of the Constitution of India. In the memo of petition, there is no whisper about invoking of provisions of I.D. Act, 1947 or any provisions thereof. In view of this, office is directed to examine it and do the needful for placement of the matter as per roster, as in my view, this cannot be classified to be a labour matter.
