(PER : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE D.H.WAGHELA) RULE returnable on 08.01.2013.
Learned counsel and learned A.G.P., appearing for the respondents, except respondent No.2, have waived service. Direct service for respondent No.2. By way of ad-interim relief, it is directed that no fresh process of recruitment based on the criteria contained in Clause (5) of Government Resolution dated 27.4.2011, issued by the Education Department of the State of Gujarat, shall be initiated or proceeded with. A copy of this order shall be directly served upon respondent Nos.1 and 2.
