This writ petition has been listed along with the bunch of writ petitions wherein notifications under section 6 of the U.P. Consolidation of Holdings Act are under challenged.
It has been submitted that although the notification under section 6 of the said Act is also under challenge in this petition, but the facts of this case are different from the facts of the other petitions of the bunch. Therefore, it needs to be heard and decided separately.
