Following orders were passed in the matter on 25.11.2019:-
"Despite the fact that petitioner's claim has been accepted by the respondents on 30.3.2019, the benefits due thereunder have not been released so far.
Learned counsel appearing for the respondents may obtain instructions as to within how much time such amount would be paid.
Put up as fresh on 28.11.2019."
Sri S.D. Kautilya appearing for the respondents states that the payments due have been processed and shall be credited to the account of the petitioner within a week.
In view of the stand so taken by the respondents, this writ petition stands disposed of with a direction upon the respondents to act upon their assurance and to release the amount positively within two weeks from today.
