THESE PETITIONS COMING ON FOR ORDERS, THIS DAY, THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:-
O R D E R These writ petitions are filed against the order dated 06.11.2012 on I.A.Nos.10 and 11 and the order dated 22.08.2016 on I.A.No.15 in O.S.No.58/2005 on the file of the learned Civil Judge and JMFC at Holenarasipura ['Trial Court' for short].
2. It is discerned that the said O.S.No.58/2005 has been disposed of by the Trial Court and hence, writ petitions do not survive for consideration.
In view of the aforesaid, writ petitions stand dismissed as having rendered infructuous.
In view of the disposal of the writ petitions, all the pending I.As are consigned to file.
