ORDER:
This writ petition is filed with the grievance that though release order was issued by respondent No.3 as far back as 06.09.2014 in respect of the essential commodities to be distributed by the petitioner through fair price shop of Kanugulavanipeta Village, Srikakulam District, at the instance of the local M.L.A., the commodities have not been delivered to the petitioner’s fair price shop.
I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Civil Supplies (A.P.).
The Collector (C.S.), Srikakulam, is directed to enquire into the petitioner’s allegation and redress his grievance. He shall also initiate appropriate disciplinary proceedings against the persons who are responsible for non-releasing of essential commodities to the petitioner, if the allegation of the petitioner is found true. He shall complete this process within one week from the date of receipt of this order.
Subject to the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
As a sequel to the disposal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P.No.39396 of 2014 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
