Heard learned counsel for the parties.
The primary prayer made in the writ petition, reads thus:
"a) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Ceritorari quashing the F.I.R. dated 18.12.2016 lodged by respondent no.3 giving rise to case crime no.765 of 2016 U/Ss 498A, 304B I.P.C. and U/S 3/4 Dowry Prohibition Act, P.S. Thana Bhawan, District Shamli. (Annexure No.1)"
Mr. Syed Ali Murtaza, learned AGA, on instructions, submits that a Charge Sheet, bearing no.A-59 of 2017 dated 19.08.2017 has already been filed, and in view thereof, this petition renders infructuous.
The petition is, accordingly, disposed of as infructuous. It is, however, open to the petitioner to take appropriate remedy, if he so desires and is advised, for appropriate relief.
