JUDGMENT / ORDER

Party-in-person has preferred this application for releasing the prisoner on parole for attending the marriage of younger brother of the convict which is to be solemnized on 29-1-2012.
As per the jail record, when convict prisoner was released in May, 2002 for a period of 14 days, he surrendered late by 2819 and had to be arrested by the police. In view of the above, this application is rejected.
