Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.
In view of the order proposed to be passed, notices need not go to the respondent.
The petitioner has preferred the present petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India with the prayer to issue a direction to the Civil Judge (Junior Division) Dumariyaganj, Siddharth Nagar to decide the Original Suit No.229 of 2010 (Nand Gopal Vs. Bhaggan and others) expeditiously.
It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that the matter is pending since 2010, till date no decision has been final taken and prays for expeditious disposal Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the issue, the present petition stands disposed of finally with a direction to the Civil Judge (Junior Division) Dumariyaganj, Siddharth Nagar to consider and decide the aforesaid case in accordance with law expeditiously from the date of production of a self attested computer generated copy of this order downloaded from the official website of High Court Allahabad but certainly after giving opportunity to the parties concerned and without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties.
