This petition has been filed praying for direction to the Civil Judge (Junior Division), Kanpur Nagar to decide the Case No. 18 of 2013 (Smt. Majda Begum vs. Mohammad Fardeen) under Section 21(1)A, U.P. Act No. 13 of 1972 within some fixed period of time.
The opposite party has not filed any written statement. The cases is being fixed for arguments. This case is listed by ex-parte for hearing since 02.07.2015.
This petition is disposed of directing the Court aforesaid to decide the aforesaid Case No. 18 of 2013 (Smt. Majda Begum vs. Mohammad Fardeen) under Section 21(1)A, U.P. Act No. 13 of 1972 within a period of six months from the date of presentation of this order before it duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
