The petitioner in the writ petition is seeking a direction to the respondent no. 1 to decide the Reference Case no. 286 of 2017 (Majahar Hassan vs. U.P. Sunni Central Waqf Board) expeditiously.
No useful purpose would be served by keeping this writ petition pending.
We, therefore, dispose of the writ petition with a direction to the respondent no. 1, U.P. Sunni Central Waqf Board, Lucknow to consider and decide the petitioner's Reference Case no. 286 of 2017 (Majahar Hassan vs. U.P. Sunni Central Waqf Board) expeditiously preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order in its office.
