By means of this application the applicant is aggrieved against the order of warrant of recovery.
In the opinion of the Court, the applicant has a remedy to approach the Court below for recalling of the ex parte order by moving an appropriate application under Section 126(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
This application is disposed of at this stage with a direction that in case such application is filed for recall of the order by the applicant within two weeks from today, the same shall be considered and disposed of within three weeks thereafter by passing a reasoned and speaking order.
