Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for the respondent no. 1, Sri Avneesh Tripathi, learned counsel for the respondent nos. 2 and 3 and Sri Rohit Pandey, learned counsel for the respondent nos. 4 and 5.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that pursuant to meeting dated 9.5.2019, some formal order has been passed by University and prayed that he may be permitted to withdraw this writ petition and challenge the formal order refusing to grant affiliation in respect of B. Ed course for the Session 2019-20 to petitioner's institution.
In view of the above statement, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
