Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned AGA for the State and perused the record.
This anticipatory bail application has been filed by the applicant-Mairaj @ Mahraj, in Case Crime No. 194 of 2021, under sections 420, 482, 414, 34 I.P.C., P.S.- Hapur Nagar, District - Hapur.
At the very outset, learned counsel for the applicant has made a request that a direction may be issued to the court below to consider the regular bail application when given on the same day and the application for anticipatory bail may be rejected.
In view of the request made above, Anticipatory Bail Application is rejected as not pressed.
A direction is however given to the court below that in case applicant surrenders and gives regular bail application, the same shall be disposed of expeditiously and preferably on the same day in accordance with law.
