It is stated in the petition for writ that certain complains were received by the petitioner who is said to be a social worker while visiting District- Mau and on basis of that the instant petition for writ is filed.
We are of considered opinion that a person if wants to invoke the powers of this Court in Public Interest Litigation jurisdiction, is required to provide all necessary details pertaining to the ills sought to be agitated. The instant petition for writ does not disclose any such material to take the action as required. In view of it, we are not inclined to entertain this petition for writ at this stage. Accordingly, the same is dismissed. The petitioner is at liberty to agitate the cause with adequate material before the Authorities of the Government of Uttar Pradesh.
Order Date :- 18.8.2018 Rameez (Chandra Dhari Singh,J.) (Govind Mathur,J.)
