COMMON ORDER:
All these writ petitions are similar to W.P.No.25314 of 2013, wherein petitioner’s claim that she is an assignee in possession and is entitled to take up construction of houses on the said assigned land as the assignment is for constructing house. In the said writ petition, similar relief was sought for with regard to the assigned plot of the petitioner therein and the said writ petition was disposed of by this court by order dated 16.09.2013.
2. In view of the similarity of the cause, these writ petitions are also disposed of with a similar direction directing the respondents not to interfere with the possession of the petitioners in these writ petitions or the constructions, which are being raised on the lands, in question, without following due process of law.
3. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
Office to append a copy of the order in W.P.No.25314 of 2013 to these writ petitions.
As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
