[In re. : Criminal Misc. Correction Application No. 1 of 2018] An application is preferred to have certain corrections in the order dated 27.11.2018. In the second line of introductory paragraph of the order aforesaid, the words "case no. 210 of 2017" has been mentioned as "case no. 201 of 2017" and in the last line of the aforesaid paragraph the words "Judicial Magistrate, City, Farrukhabad" has been mentioned as "CJM, Farrukhabad".
On going through the record, I have noticed that corrections sought for are genuine.
Accordingly, the application is allowed. The words mentioned in second line of first paragraph "case no. 201 of 2017" in the order dated 27.11.2018 be read as "Case No. 210 of 2017" and in the last line of the aforesaid paragraph the words "CJM, Farrukhabad" be read as "Judicial Magistrate City, Farrukhabad".
