On the last occasion this matter was adjourned with the Court clarifying that since it is of 2003 it would not be passed over on the next occasion. Despite that order, an illness slip has been sent by learned counsel for the petitioner yet again.
In view thereof, the prayer for adjournment is refused. The instant writ petition is dismissed for want of prosecution.
