This writ petition has been filed for a direction upon the respondents to release salary of petitioner from 25.8.2017 to 17.3.2018 alongwith interest. It is pointed out that an order has already been passed by the District Panchayat Raj Officer, Ghazipur on 17th March, 2018 for release of such amount upon a certificate issued by the Headmaster that petitioner has worked.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Headmaster and Village Pradhan are acting against the interest of the petitioner and she is being harassed by them. Submission is that although petitioner has worked for all such period, but the Village Pradhan and Headmaster have not allowed the petitioner to sign on the attendance register.
In the facts and circumstances, noticed above, it would be appropriate to dispose of this writ petition permitting the District Panchayat Raj Officer, Ghazipur, to look into the petitioner's grievance, in accordance with law, by passing a reasoned order, after affording opportunity of hearing to respondent nos.4 and 5, within a period of two months from the date of presentation of certified copy of this order. All consequential action shall be taken, accordingly.
