Heard learned counsel for the petitioner; learned AGA for respondents 1 and 2; and perused the record.
The instant petition seeks quashing of the first information report dated 20th July, 2019 registered as Case Crime No.511 of 2019, under Sections 302, 34, 506, 147, 148, 149 and 120-B IPC and Section 7 Criminal Law Amendment Act at Police Station Masuri, District Ghaziabad.
The allegations made in the impugned first information report relate to a case of murder and therefore the prayer of the petitioner to quash the first information report is misconceived.
The petition is dismissed without prejudice to the right of the petitioner to surrender and apply for bail if he is wanted in this case.
