Hon'ble Vishnu Chandra Gupta,J.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A.
This petition has been filed by the petitioner with a prayer that some time may be extended for moving the representation before S.P. Amethi in pursuance of the order dated 2.7.2013.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, it is directed taht in case the petitioner moves the representation within two weeks from today the same shall be heard and disposed of as directed by order dated 2.7.2013.
Accordingly this application is disposed of.
