By the present petition, petitioners pray for a direction to the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hapur to decide the trial in Case No. 418/2006 State Vs. Intzar and others under Section 324/ 325/ 504/ 506 IPC in Case Crime No. 29-A of 2006 Police Station Pilkhua Hapur pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hapur within six months.
This court on administrative side has already issued directions to the court below to obtain zero pendency of cases which are more than five years old. In view of directions already issued on administrative side, the trial court is expected to decide the present case which is pending since the year 2001 expeditiously without any further delay looking in the facts and circumstances of the case it is provided that the case may be disposed of within a period of one year, if possible.
With the aforesaid, the petition is disposed of.
