1. Learned advocate Shri Hardik H. Pandit has appeared for the applicants in place Shri B.S. Brahmbhatt.
2. The applicant has complained of non-compliance of the directions issued by the Division Bench of this Court in Letters Patent Appeal No.2948 of 2010, vide order dated 10.11.2011. By the said order, the respondent authorities were directed to take decision on the applications of the applicants for the purpose of allotment of plots.

Today, learned Assistant Government Pleader Ms. Moxa Thakkar has filed affidavit, with one order dated 21.3.2012, whereby the decision, as directed by this Court, is taken for the purpose of allotment of plots to the applicants. She has pointed out that out of 12 applicants, decision is taken to allot plots to 10 applicants and applicant Nos.11 and 12, namely Shri Keshaji S. Thakor and Shakrabhai H. Bhangi, are not held to be entitled for plots and their applications have come to be rejected by said order dated 21.3.2012.

In view of the above developments, we find that the directions issued by this Court, vide above-said order, have been fully complied with, though there is some delay in complying the above-said directions, for which Assistant Government Pleader for the respondent State has tendered unconditional apology. In view this, we do not think it proper to continue with the contempt proceeding and we order to close this contempt proceeding. We make it clear that if any of the applicants is aggrieved by any part of the order or any grievance still survives in respect of the order now passed by the competent authority, it will be open for any of the applicants to take appropriate remedy available under law.
5. In view of the above, this application stands disposed of. Notice is discharged.
