Heard Sri Praveen Kumar Singh for the petitioner, Standing Counsel for State and Sri Abhishek Srivastava for respondents - 2 and 3.
The writ petition has been filed for mandamus directing the respondents authority to pay the pension and all the post retiral dues including gratuity , leave encashment, insurance, bonus, arrears of salary and benefit of assured career progression scheme as well as 6th Pay Commission to the petitioner.
It has been stated that the petitioner retired from the post of Line Man on 13.12.2016 but his post retiral dues has not been paid to him till today. Although 6th Pay Commission report has been applied in the department but its benefit has not been given to the petitioner.
The petitioner has made a representation in this respect, which is pending.
The writ petition is disposed of with direction to Executive Engineer, respondent-5 to decide the representation of the petitioner in respect of payment of post retiral dues, within a period of two months from the date of producing a certified copy of this order before the authority concerned.
