Heard the learned counsel for the applicants and the learned A.G.A. It is contended by the learned counsel for the applicant that applicant no. 5 Najma is the daughter in law of O.P. No.2 Smt. Amina Begum, applicant no.5 Smt. Najma lodged an F.I.R. against O.P. No.2 and others under sections 323,504,506 and 498- A I.P.C. and section ¾ of of D.P. Act, in its counter blast the complaint of the present case has been lodged.
Issue notice to O.P. 2 returnable within a period of four weeks. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicants and the learned A.G.A. further proceedings in complaint case no. 1161 of 2008 under sections 323,504 and 506 I.P.C. P.S. Sahibabad district Ghaziabad pending in the court of Judicial Magistrate, Ghaziabad Farrukhabad shall remain stayed till the next date of listing. List after four weeks.
