JUDGMENT / ORDER

1. Called in revised. None appeared to press this revision. In the circumstances, I myself have perused the record.
2. This criminal revision under section 401 read with section 397 Cr.P.C. has been filed aggrieved by the order dated 1.3.1995 passed by Family Court, Meerut in Case No. 352 of 1992, Sahana Vs. Mahmod awarding maintenance at the rate of Rs. 300/- per month to respondent no. 1 under section 125 Cr.P.C..
3. Having gone through the impugned judgments, I do not find any manifest error or otherwise illegality so as to warrant interference.
4. Dismissed.
5. Certify this judgment to the lower court immediately.
